Free Shipping on orders throughout Australia for orders over $90. Registered post and Express post are options available 

In most cases, the delivery takes between 2 to 7 working days from receipt of order. However, delivery may take longer as we work with external partners. 

Delivery is made through Auspost with tracking, from Monday to Friday. If the deliverer is unable to deliver to you, it is normal practice by Auspost that he/she will leave a notification card in your letter box. The parcel will then be kept at your local Post Office for you to collect for 7 working days. Melano will not be held accountable if a card is not left at your address and or the parcel is shown as delivered on Auspost website. 

Please check your address as MelanO takes no reponsibility for incorrect delivery details or parcels that are shown to be delivered by Auspost .

INTERNATIONAL/NEW ZEALAND

  • All orders Internationally /New Zealand must be sent via registered post and incur a $18 international delivery fee.  
  • To guarantee your order arrives quickly please check your address & contact details as MelanO takes no responsibility for incorrect delivery details. MelanO will notify you by email that your parcel has been sent.
  • We deliver your parcel through Australia Post with a tracking number.   

RETURNS

  • We will gladly return/exchange full price items purchased only from the Melano Online shop within 7 days of receipt, less shipping costs. 
  • The items must be as new (i.e. unused, undamaged and in original packaging), and must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
  • AFTERPAY If you have completed the sale via afterpay you will receive a full refund less a 6% admin fee.
  • There are No returns on Sale items.
  • For hygienic reasons we cannot exchange earrings. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded and standard delivery charges will apply on re-delivery for exchanges, unless goods are returned due to a fault.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. EMAIL melanojewellery@gmail.com  
  2. advising us of your inquiry and include your order / invoice number.
  3. Mail items back via registered post to Melano PO BOX 872 Narrabeen, NSW 2101 (In the event that your product is lost in transit, Melano will not be held liable)
  4. Please note that postal returns can take several days and that we require a certain amount of time to process returns.  Postage and delivery costs are non refundable.
  • All products displayed as ‘sale items’ are not refundable unless faulty
  • Please note returns will not be accepted without proof of online shop purchase which includes your order number. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Melano will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Registered Post.  
  • Conditions for returns and exchanges:

  • We reserve the right to deny any items not returned in their original condition or within the refund period.

    *** International return shipping is at the expense of the customer.  Please note that the international shipping costs that Melano provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia.     FAULTY
    At Melano we thoroughly inspect each Jewellery piece before sending, however if you suspect the item is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible on info@melanojewellery.com.au quoting your order number, describing the fault and if possible, please provide photos.
