If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return. We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced products purchased online: (sale products excluded unless faulty) 

  • To be eligible, return/exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse returns not received in a reasonable amount of time (per shipping timeframes) from the lodgement date.

  • Returns must meet our conditions below.

Conditions for returns and exchanges:

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original box.   

  • If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we process your return.
  • Returns will be processed within 10 working days from the time we receive the jewellery.
  • Please retain your invoice or proof of purchase when returning your order.

We do not accept returns of:
  • Final Sale Items: We do not offer refunds or credit notes on sale items unless the product is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund. 
  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund.
  • Gift Cards
  • Purchases that were made at the Melano stockist.

All return items will be inspected and quality assurance checked at our Head Office on return and it remains at the discretion of Melano as to whether the item will be accepted for refund based on the conditions above.

AFTERPAY/PAY PAL If you have completed the sale via afterpay & PayPal you will receive a full refund less a 6% admin fee at our discretion.

REQUEST A POSTAGE PAID RETURN LABEL

To request a return postage label: For Free shipping on exchanges over $99 

Please initiate a return by emailing us at info@melanojewellery.com.au  Include your order number. A postage paid label will be emailed to you.

Returning / exchange your items/s:

  1. Enter your order details on the return / exchange page provided with your received order.
  2. Select the item(s) you would like to return by checking the relevant boxes. 
  3. You have the option of a store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
  4. Drop off your parcel at your nearest Post Office.
  5. You will receive email updates every step of the way!
What if my item is faulty?

We are so sorry that you have received a faulty item but we would love to have this resolved for you as soon as possible.

At Melano we thoroughly inspect every piece before sending, however if you suspect the item is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible at  info@melanojewellery.com.au quoting your order number, describing the fault and if possible, please provide photos.

You can expect to hear back from us within 1 - 2 business days.

International Returns

International return shipping is at the expense of the customer. The international shipping costs that Melano provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia.

It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in not covered by Melano. Please include the completed Return Form to prevent delays in the processing of your return.
